How long does it take to receive my personalized order?
Since each item is handcrafted and personalized in our San Antonio workshop, please allow 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping time.

Can I return a product that has been monogrammed?
Items that have been personalized with a monogram or name are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How should I care for my Jon Hart products?
For Coated Canvas, use a damp cloth with mild soap. For Natural Leather, we recommend a high-quality leather conditioner to keep the hide supple and prevent drying.
Do you offer repairs for older items?
Yes, we take pride in the longevity of our products. We offer a repair service for items that have seen years of love; please contact our customer service team to start a repair claim.
Is my personal monogram stamped or printed?
We use a traditional heat-stamping process to deboss your monogram directly into the leather patch, ensuring a classic look that will never fade or peel.
