At Jon Hart Design, we take pride in our handcrafted quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and was not personalized with a monogram, as custom pieces are non-returnable.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack Securely

Place the item in its original packaging along with the packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Send your package back to our San Antonio workshop using a trackable shipping method; once received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
